Arvix One

Courier dispatch software

Courier dispatch software that keeps every moving part connected.

Most courier companies do not lose deliveries because their drivers are slow. They lose them in the gaps — a text message nobody saw, a spreadsheet that was current an hour ago, a customer who calls because nobody told them anything. Arvix One closes those gaps by keeping one delivery record from the moment it is created to the moment it is invoiced.

The problem

Where dispatch actually breaks down

None of these are exotic. They are the everyday failure modes of running an operation across a phone, an inbox, and a spreadsheet.

  • Deliveries live in calls, texts, and spreadsheets

The job exists in three places and none of them agree by lunchtime.

  • Dispatch has no complete view

Someone has to ask a driver where a job stands before they can answer a customer.

  • Drivers get fragmented instructions

Address in one message, contact name in another, timing in a phone call.

  • Customers call for status updates

Every call costs a dispatcher several minutes they did not budget for.

  • Proof of delivery is scattered

Photos in a camera roll, signatures on paper, notes in a group chat.

  • Exceptions surface too late

A failed attempt is discovered at end of day instead of at the door.

  • Reporting and billing are disconnected

Month-end becomes a reconstruction exercise rather than an export.

How it works

The Arvix One dispatch workflow

Seven steps, one record. Each step writes to the same delivery, so nothing has to be re-keyed or reconciled later.

  1. 1

    Create the delivery

Dispatch enters pickup, delivery, timing, and package details — or the customer submits it from their portal.

  2. 2

    Assign the driver

Pick from your active drivers and place the stop in that driver's queue. The driver accepts the work explicitly.

  3. 3

    Monitor status progression

Accepted, en route, arrived, picked up, in transit, delivered — visible on the dispatch board as it happens.

  4. 4

    Manage exceptions

Report an issue or a failed attempt against the delivery, then resolve it with the history intact.

  5. 5

    Keep the customer informed

Public tracking and courier-to-customer messaging replace the status phone call.

  6. 6

    Capture proof of delivery

Recipient name, photo, signature, notes, and GPS submitted together from the driver app.

  7. 7

    Preserve the history

The finished record feeds delivery history, reporting, and billing without re-entry.

In the field

What the driver sees after you assign the work

Assignment places the stop in the driver's queue; the driver accepts it explicitly and then moves it through en route, arrived, picked up, in transit, and delivered. Dispatch watches the same progression on the board.

Customer side

The status call your dispatchers stop taking

Customer organisations follow their own active work, review completed deliveries, pull proof of delivery, and message your team. Anyone holding a tracking link can follow a single delivery without an account.

FAQ

Courier dispatch questions we get asked

Running medical or healthcare work?

The dispatch workflow is the same, but the emphasis shifts to timestamps, STAT handling, recipient confirmation, and controlled customer access. That is covered on medical courier software.
